FUNNY FECKERS IS BACK!
After a two year break, one of London’s most popular weekly open mic nights is being resurrected. And what better place to stage a resurrection than Slam King’s Cross, an old church which has been turned into a beautiful performance space, with it’s own bar (so no need to steal the alter wine)?
For anyone who is new to Funny Feckers, it’s a comedy night where a bunch of people together (both comedians and audience) in a friendly, creative environment and connect through laughter and silliness. In my totally unbiased opinion it is as fun as fun gets. So that is a great deal of fun indeed.
We have some amazing acts for you on our opening night. Our two ten minute spots will be filled by two fantastic acts who performed at the first ever Funny Feckers and came back many times: Kyle Wallace and Katie Lane
There are a few bookable spots for newcomers and old friends of the night too. Please keep an eye on the ‘about’ section of the group. Booking will open on June 24th and details will be posted there.
So come along and check out what is bound to be a great night. We’re less then ten minutes walk from Kings Cross Station, so you can even make it along if you live in France or Brussels. The comedy starts at 8pm. Doors time to be confirmed.
I am very excited indeed.
Hurrah! After a long absence form the comedy scene, Funny Feckers is back in a brand new venue. SLAM, near Kings Cross, is a lovely new space for all sorts of performing arts. Have a look at our venue page for more details, and we hope to see you at our launch night!
